Hosted by Dr Andrea North-Samardzic (MBA Director), Dr Jane Menzies (MBAI Director) and Assoc Prof Sandeep Reddy (MBA Healthcare Director), this MBA webinar will focus on promoting Indigenous affairs and inclusivity for all cultural backgrounds in organisations. The recent worldwide protests on Black Lives Matter and racial discrimination has instigated our need to think about how we may better structure our organisations and workplaces to take into account different cultural backgrounds. 
 
Jason Mifsud, a former AFL player and coach, and Executive Director of Aboriginal Victoria will talk on the strategies he advocates for promoting diversity within organisations. In this interactive webinar, participants will have an opportunity to be involved in the conversation through asking open and frank questions about how we may promote Aboriginal affairs and inclusivity for all cultural backgrounds.
