We are proud to announce that Deakin University is one of the first three universities (and just four institutions in total) to have its Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning accredited by Financial Planning Education Council (FPEC) this week.
So whether you’re an adviser seeking to upgrade their qualifications (or a licensee seeking to form a B2B partnership) – based on proposed Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) guidelines – this FPEC accreditation provides greater certainty for financial planners without a degree and who need to complete at least a graduate diploma in financial planning if they want to remain in practice in 2024 and beyond.
Deakin is proud of its proven track record in providing excellent financial planning education – including the flexibility of studying online – for more than a quarter of a century. This most recent approval coincides with previous FPEC accreditations of both our Bachelor of Commerce (major in financial planning) and our Master of Financial Planning.
So enrol* today and start the next step of your journey with Deakin in July.
