Sustainability through Storytelling

CSaRO hosts Associate Professor Elisa Pilar Baraibar Diez to look at Sustainability differently.

Have you ever read a whole CSR/Sustainability report? Maybe you have because you may deal with CSR reports in your research, but do you know any stakeholder (not academics) who has read an entire CSR/Sustainability report? If companies want to succeed when reaching stakeholders, they need to be innovative in communicating CSR. Although storytelling is not new, companies are starting to use this technique to engage stakeholders in CSR issues. Associate Professor Diez will provide examples of companies using CSR storytelling and talk about how to measure the effectiveness of the use of storytelling engaging stakeholders.
