Tanya Smith is currently a Principal at Nous Group, Tanya is a former diplomat who served in London and Washington D.C., she counts among her achievements the design and implementation of a strategy to secure passage of the Australia-US Free Trade Agreement through the US Congress.

Steve Merlicek has over 18 years of experience as Chief Information Officers at IOOF and Telstra Super. Steve has lead teams through incredible change in volatile global markets and was named CIO of the Year in the 2012 National Achievement awards.

Gina Morgan has over 20 years’ experience in banking and finance, working for the NAB, ANZ and Deutsche Bank in treasury dealing rooms across various markets such as foreign exchange, commodities and interest rates.
