Register for this speaker series now!

Elliot Costello is a social entrepreneur who in 2008 co-founded YGAP after completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) at Deakin University.

Join us to hear from Elliot about his fascinating journey from Deakin to a career in financial accounting, all while co-founding YGAP where he now works full-time.

Elliot has been invited to speak at the United Nations (UN) in New York and at several UN and leading social enterprise conferences across the Middle East and Asia. He is a leading voice on youth issues, social entrepreneurship and innovative fundraising in Australia.

To date, YGAP has significantly and measurably impacted the lives of over 150,000 people living in poverty and aim to back 1,000 entrepreneurs and improve one million lives by 2018.

YGAP finds and supports impact entrepreneurs in some of the world’s toughest communities with a belief that local leaders have the solutions to local problems. YGAP raises funds through an entrepreneurial approach, owning and running profitable social ventures such as Feast of Merit in Richmond and fundraising initiatives like the 5 Cent Campaign and Polished Man.

If you can't attend this event in Burwood, there will be a live-stream to our Waurn Ponds campus in Geelong – click here to register your attendance.
