Graduate Women Victoria has announced their 2016 scholarship program for women.

Graduate Women Victoria (GWV) is a not-for-profit organisation of women graduates whose mission is to further the education of girls and women, especially at the tertiary level. GWV are pleased to announce their 2016 scholarship program for women enrolled in universities in Victoria.

The scholarships and bursaries range in value from $3000 to $7000 and are offered to female students enrolled in 2016 at Victorian universities.

Only Australian citizens or permanent residents are eligible for the scholarships.

Applicants are asked to demonstrate that they are or have been experiencing disadvantage in the pursuit of their studies.

In 2016, scholarships and bursaries are available to female students enrolled in the following courses:

• PhD
• Masters by Research
• Masters by Coursework

We are also offering a scholarship to an Indigenous female student enrolled in an undergraduate degree.

An online application system has been established to make the process easier for students and their referees.
