Multi Owned Properties Colloquium

Join us for this two day conference in February.

Due to popular demand the annual Multi Owned Property Colloquium (MOP) is returning in 2016.

A multidisciplinary event, the colloquium will be hosted by Deakin Business School (Department of Finance), with the support of the UNSW Australia (City Futures Research Centre) and Griffith University (Business School). The colloquium intends to bring together Australasian and international academics and researchers to share their knowledge and research on multi-owned properties (strata title, community title, unit title, high rise, subdivisions with owners' corporations, private housing estates, condominiums, common interest developments and other similarly structure properties).

Discipline and field of research areas may include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning
  • Geography
  • Law / policy
  • Sociology
  • Built environment
  • Architecture
  • Construction studies
  • Tourism studies
  • Property and real estate studies
  • Economics
  • Social science
  • Environmental science
  • Management
  • Design

Researchers have also been asked to submit an abstract to the colloquium in any discipline or field of research related to multi-owned properties. Researchers submitting an abstract can:

  • present a full paper at the colloquium
  • prepare and present a poster.
