Mike Brezzi – part-time marketing consultant to the food, engineering and paint industries

Mike is currently completing his Deakin MBA full-time and anticipates to finish mid-next year. Prior to this, Mike has held a range of senior corporate roles in marketing and general management, with well-known organisations such as Dulux Paints. 

Ben Tesoriero – account executive, MCS&S / Telstra Business

Ben currently is an account executive for Telstra Business, working with over 90 Australian businesses to help maintain their IT needs and assisting to build ICT roadmaps. He graduated from Deakin with Bachelor of Commerce in 2012. He started his career with the completion of Telstra's graduate program, during which he worked with Telstra Digital, Telstra Channel Management Strategy and Telstra Business. While at Deakin, Ben was heavily involved in the Deakin Commerce Society and is still involved with the Deakin Commerce Alumni Chapter now.

Scott Jenkins – account executive at Millward Brown

After completing a Bachelor of Management at Deakin University (majoring in Marketing), Scott was accepted into the Millward Brown graduate program. Starting in January 2014, he quickly found a passion for market research – something that wasn’t on his radar before. One of the many positives of working at Millward Brown is the breadth of clients Scott works with every day – his current accounts range from a large beer brewery to a major financial institution.

Ruth Appelyard – digital marketing, at Delaware North

Ruth is currently managing the digital marketing for global tourism and hospitality organisation Delaware North, in particular Parks and Resorts Australia. Her key strengths include eCommerce, social media management, content creation, website development/analysis and SEM.  Ruth oves uncovering insights and converting those insights into results. She has excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure and a strong passion for bringing projects and campaigns to life in today's ever changing media landscape.

Paco Albie – digital marketing at Columbus

Having graduated from the masters of marketing program this year, Paco studied part-time while working full-time. His career started as a digital specialist at Nike, integrating digital sporting products to the wider business from eCommerce, retail, brand and digital marketing teams. Currently he works at Columbus (Google’s top ranked agency) providing, digital advertising, SEO and data and analytics, working with clients from Federal Government to Australia’s top eCommerce retailers.
